Our office has been providing the best specialized dental care for infants, children, and adolescents, including those with special needs in Laredo for over 25 years. As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Castellano's two years of additional training after dental school has prepared us for the unique dental needs of each child we serve including patients with Special Health Care needs.
We focus on preventive care to help each child grow a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. We want to say thank you to every patient that has come through our doors these many years. From the moment you step into our office, we want you and your family to rest at ease in our child-friendly environment. We perform all the usual dental care procedures like filling cavities and applying sealants, as well as specialized treatments like oral behavior management, conscious sedation, and treatment under general anesthesia.
We also love to teach our families about nutrition, fluoride use, and the prevention of oral trauma.
