Dr. Stroud is a graduate of Waltonville High School, Rend Lake College, Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Southern Illinois Dental Society, American Association of Implant Dentists, the GROWS implant study club, the American Association of Women Dentists, and the Benton/West City Area Chamber of Commerce.
My biggest reasons for starting my own practice were my staff and my patients. Starting my own practice would not have been so successful without Gods guidance. I found an awful looking building that "luckily" (God) the owners were willing to completely rehab it for a dental practice. Everything was refinished. I picked every tiny aspect of it and designed it with patient and staff ease and comfort in mind.
I'm really proud of it now and the journey has been great. She enjoys making her patients and staff feel like they are part of our family. Dentistry is stressful for everyone involved so we try to make it less stressful with different types of music and a family type atmosphere.
