Wow! I am so impressed with this office. Ive been to a couple other places in the area and didnt get the experience I was hoping for. The staff here is so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The hour I spent with my hygienist was like meeting with an old friend and she does such a thorough job cleaning your teeth and explaining each step. Dr. Chung takes the time to show you photos and explain to you his plan for your teeth, should you need any restorative work done, and is so kind.
Front desk staff breaks down every detail of your insurance for you to know the cost up-front before scheduling a follow-up appointment for your restorative work, making the financial aspect a breeze to understand and eliminating any surprises. Im honestly looking forward to seeing them again for my small filling (I know, right?) and cant wait to come back for my next cleaning in 6 months! Bravo, Landsdowne Dental Arts!
