Dr. Lauren Hughes was raised in Atlanta and attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate studies.
She received her D.M.D. from the Dental College of Georgia (formerly Medical College of Georgia) in Augusta.
While in dental school, Dr. Hughes was the recipient of multiple awards including the Omicron Kappa Upsilon certificate of academic achievement, Grover C. Hunter scholarship, Emile T. Fisher Foundation scholarship, as well as being inducted as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
She received her D.M.D. from the Dental College of Georgia (formerly Medical College of Georgia) in Augusta.

Only patients and caregivers are allowed in the building.
Caregivers include the parent of a minor or those needing assistance.
Anyone else will be asked to wait in their car for the patient to have their visit.
All caregivers will be pre-screened in the same way as patients and they must also wear a mask.
We are limiting how many patients are in the operatories to get treatment.
This means we are ONLY taking the patient into the operatories to have work done (this includes children).
