I met both Dr.Starik and Dr.Ares and they are both great. They take time to explain everything they do before they do it and are just pleasant all around. I have very sensitive teeth and hate pain, but when I go there they have patience and give me all the time and Novocain I need to feel comfortable.
Although a couple of times I had a bit of a wait, the majority of the times I am seen right away. The office is clearly run in a very efficient way.

I've tried a few different dentists around the city and so happy I finally found Dr. Starik - it helps the office is only a few blocks from me but even if I move in the future I hope to stay with her. It's been especially hard to find an office that takes some insurances but also provides top notch care so I feel very lucky I finally found this one.
Dr. Starik is very nice and takes her time to explain everything. I don't fear the pain and drilling and whatnot most patients do, it's more the technicality and what treatments they recommend and if it's for the right reasons. She did not rush me through and was even hesitated to take another x-ray if my insurance wouldn't cover it since another dentist already did and billed as she didn't want me to have to pay out of pocket.
She's incredibly precise in her procedures - for example, she wouldn't let me leave until she and I were completely satisfied with my bite after two large fillings. In addition, in terms of a crown impression she took 3 in case there was a problem with the initial one. I have a lot going on in my mouth (granted, probably my bad) and she's an excellent primary physician to have and correspond with other specialists.
Her front desk is very sweet. So far, I've always been taken on time.
