I had a tooth filling for a cavity. Dr. Bill and Nina were confident and professional which put me, the patient at ease. The work was completed and I had no pain. One of the best dentists in the area.

Hamel Dental is by far the best dental office I have ever visited. They are friendly and highly professional, and treat patients with respect and kindness. The staff takes the time to educate patients on the key points of treatment plans and makes sure that patients understand exactly why a certain treatment is needed. From the receptionist to the hygenists to the dentists, they are all extremely competent, highly skilled professionals. The dental care I have received at Hamel Dental has been outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I feel forever fortunate to have had Dr. Bill Hamel recommend by a trusted friend. He assessed and asked questions about my dental goals and devised a plan to replace aging crowns, do minor cosmetic work and partnered with a recommended orthodontist for alignment. I had a timeline in mind to complete the straightening & cosmetic before a family wedding where I wanted to feel confident. I also had a goal to replace aging crowns to better assure good dental health well into the future. I am from a family of dentists but still have a lot of dental anxiety that began in childhood. Dr. Bill always made me feel comfortable with his expertise and kindness. He built trust by telling me about stages of a procedure and most importantly by allowing me to take a break during longer appointments. He supported my quirky comforts that helped me relax like listening to music through I pods, taking off my shoes & bringing a small blanket. I also have to mention the kindness of his assistant Nena who could sense nervousness and knew to gently touch my shoulder much like a mothers hand. Dr. Bill completed my dental wellness plan in 3 years to allow me to manage insurance and expenses but mostly for me to be able to stick with it. I could have easily chickened out but I continued knowing I was in his care. I am so grateful for his excellent dental care. Thank you Dr. Bill Hamel.

My family is so happy to have Dr. Hamel as our dentist. The office has a very peaceful atmosphere. Chris at the front desk is helpful and welcoming. The hygienists are patient and gentle. I am extremely impressed by Dr. Hamels skillful work and attention to detail. He is great to talk with and an excellent communicator. He really manages to put you at ease. I didnt know that I could feel this positive about a dental office. Definitely a great place to try if you have dental anxiety.

Dr. Philip, Sheila, Chris, Asia and the entire team go above and beyond. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and professional, answering all and every question (no matter how many!). Dr. Philip explained the procedures I needed thoroughly and during the appointment, continually checked in with me to see how I was doing. I had some underlying issues before starting at Hamel Dental and Dr. Philip took the time to talk through all of the issues with me. I never felt rushed. He asked me questions and listened to my concerns, providing thoughtful feedback, options and next steps. He even followed up with me to see how I was doing. Along with being an excellent dentist, Dr. Philip is a kind, caring person. I will be recommending this practice to all my family and friends!
