Dr. Chad Ollom grew up in Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where he earned his undergraduate as well as his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While in dental school, Dr. Chad gained interest in surgical procedures and implants, leading him to attend the Midwest Implant Institute during his final year. He continued his development in this area, eventually going on to complete their fellowship program.
Dr. Chad constantly strives to bring more value to his patients by seeking out and studying with numerous world-renowned mentors. He dedicates much of his focus toward dental surgery and comprehensive care, including specific procedures such as: extractions, implants, bone grafting, tissue grafting, sinus augmentation and advanced comprehensive restorative dentistry.

Prior to opening Pure Smiles, Dr. Stephanie wanted to serve her country. In 2012, she was commissioned as a lieutenant in the United States Navy. While in the Navy, Dr. Stephanie completed the Great Lakes Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency, served overseas operating a remote dental clinic, and had the distinct honor of providing dental services to fellow service members and their families.

Bridget and Jess filled some cavities for me. They explained everything they were doing and were reassuring when it got to the painful moments. They were so nice and made me feel super comfortable! It was truly the best experience I've had at a dentist ever. I will definitely be a long term patient here.

Love this dental office. Everyone seems happy- super friendly and attentive. Doctors are very thorough as well. Very clean, great with my school aged kids too. Wish I had found them sooner. Oh yeah when I call the office I get to talk to a real person (!!!) vs leaving voicemails that never get returned like my precious dental office. Wish I had found this practice sooner. Been going here over a year.

I really can not say enough how comfortable the staff and environment made this anxious patient when I arrived last month. Fast forward to today's deep clean (1 of 2), and I am incredibly grateful to have been referred to Pure Smiles. The staff once again modeled the kind of bedside manner any professional should have, the nitrous and numbing was generous, and my teeth haven't looked this good in years. Instead of being afraid of the dentist, I look forward to continuing to regain my oral health with the help of this office.

I was anxious about my first appointment at Pure Smiles, as I had been with my prior dentist for 25 years, until she retired. The staff was wonderful! Eileen explained everything she was going to do, very thorough. Dr. Jess was very pleasant, also gave explanations for everything. No more anxiety! I'm so glad I picked Pure Smiles as my new dental home!
