Her passion for the medical field was inspired by her parents, both dedicated healthcare professionals focused on improving patient outcomes. Dr. Rosenbaum grew up working at her fathers oral surgery practice and learning from her mother, a pharmacist.
She pursued her studies in Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Buffalo before earning her dental degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Her love for oral surgery continued as she worked alongside her father, gaining valuable experience and deepening her commitment to patient care.

I really like Dr Ok and dr Irena at East Hanover Family Dental! They provide excellent care and are very thorough and she answers all my questions so I can keep maintaining my dental health at home. The dental assistants are friendly and are very knowledgeable on the procedures, and the front desk is always helpful and efficient and work with me when I need to adjust appointments.

I have had a great experience coming to East Hanover Family Dental. Dr. Irena has done an excellent job. She is very thorough and has come up with a great treatment plan. Dr. Irena and Fran are both hard working and kind. I'm so grateful for finding this dentist! I truly recommend coming here. Krystal at the front desk has been very helpful as full. I never use to like going to the dentist until coming here.

We love all of the staff at the office! They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and make sure your experience (scheduling, wait time, sitting in the chair, etc.) goes smoothly. They will make you feel as comfortable as possible and talk through what they will be doing. The staff also takes the time to make you feel like more than just another patient (remembering things you talked about at the last appointment, asking how your kids are doing, etc.) that it makes the care feel more personalized.

I was looking for a new dental practice and my girlfriend highly recommended East Hanover Family Dental. It is extremely easy to book an appointment as I filled out the information request online and was contacted by them same day to confirm my appointment. Upon arriving, The first thing that stuck out to me was that everyone was extremely nice and outgoing. Tracy was my dental hygienist and she is super sweet. As a first-time patient, she took x-rays prior to checking my teeth. Tracy makes sure to explain everything she’s doing before she does it, which is nice for someone like myself who has a bit of anxiety in the dentist chair. Nothing is uncomfortable with her and you remain relaxed and entertained throughout. Dr Ok was awesome and really takes the time to analyze your individual situation and goes over possible treatments without pushing or trying to sell you on anything, She made sure I was aware of all the options available to me so I can make an informed decision. Without a doubt, this is now my new home for all my dental needs, and I can’t recommend this practice enough!

Excellent cleaning with Tracy! I have been seeing her for my cleanings for a couple years and she never disappoints! Dr Irena and Fran are amazing whenever I need treatment!
