Dr. Mary Ann Garcia is originally from Taunton, MA, and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Stonehill College and is a 1989 graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry. She is happy to be celebrating over 30 years as the owner of East Coast Dental Design. Dr. Garcia is a member of the American Dental Society (ADA), the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Academy of Family and Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). She is bilingual in English and Portuguese.

ECDD is by far the best dental office in the region! Receptionist staff are super welcoming and attentive to patients needs and concerns. Everyone from the Dr, assistants and front desk staff are friendly and personable. One staff member named Sonia speaks both Brazilian and Portuguese Portuguese! I always leave the office with my teeth feeling clean and healthy! I also love leaving with a goodie bag everytime 😁🦷

Love East Coast Dental! I've been going there for ~15 years. The Docs are wonderful and discuss/provide all aspects of healthy oral care. And what can I say, Sam C. is my fabulous dental hygienist and does the absolute BEST job. She is so thorough, gentle and efficient. I've had many dental hygienist over the years and she is my favorite and best! I try to take care of my teeth so they last (!) and I feel that East Coast Dental has "my back" in oral health care!!! :)

Very nice dentist, I like how they broke down the cost completely so I know what to expect payment wise. The dentist came up with a very comprehensive plan to fix all of my dental issues. Very nice and explained everything very well. I am really afraid of the dentist, and while I was scared going to this appointment I felt happy leaving. Best dentist I have ever been too.

Truly the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Garcia is amazing! She's friendly, caring and does incredible work. Dr. Quinn is also an outstanding oral surgeon. Every staff member from the front desk to the hygienists to the dental assistants are so nice and 100% excellent at their jobs. Highly recommend this practice!
