Valay Desai Dds
Dr. Valay Desai is a compassionate dental care provider with a strong focus on delivering comprehensive, family-oriented treatment. As a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, he remains committed to clinical excellence and continuous learning. Dr. Desai began his dental education at the Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Dental Sciences in India in 2011 and went on to complete the Advanced Standing Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School in 2015.
Prashant Amin Dds
Dr. Prashant Amin is a general and cosmetic dentist and co-founder of DNTL Studio. Known for his conservative approach, gentle technique, and friendly demeanor, he is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-focused dental care. Dr. Amins goal is always to ensure the best possible treatment experience for everyone he sees.
Born in Chicago and raised in Dallas, Dr. Amin eventually returned to California, where he grew up. He earned his bachelors degree in dental hygiene from the University of Southern California, followed by five years of dental training at Manipal University in India. He then completed his doctorate in dental surgery with high honors and a general dentistry residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

I throughly enjoyed my first visit today. From making my initial appointment to the entire staff, the was a great sense of caring and working to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Amin did a complete initial exam and fully discussed a treatment plan. He fully responded to my questions and made me feel comfortable in the process. I highly recommend DNTL Studio.

I want to thank the staff and Dr. Amin for getting me a quick appointment. I was having a problem and I called at 9:30 AM on Thursday so they gave me an appointment at 10:30 AM the same day. I got to the office at 10:00 AM and they took me right back and I am doing better now. This was the first time I had to have somthing urgent looked at. I am very happy. Thank you guys sooo much!!!
Because I always have problems doing these stupid reviews and I can’t figure out how to do a new one, I guess I will have to just add to this one. They are always great and fast. This time it was a regular cleaning and as usual, it was a professional and friendly appointment.
I didn’t like google reviews. It’s a pain in the ass and difficult to use. I wish you people at Google would listen.

Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. I’ve been going here close to 20+ years. Dr. Bahri was very gentle and calming and I finally stopped flying back to see my dentist in Florida. Although Dr. Bahri relocated, he has very high standards and truly cares about his patients. I knew he made sure to leave the practice in very good hands. I LOVE my hygienist, Julie, and was very happy she stayed. Let’s face it … you see your hygienist more than you see your dentist anyway and you want to be sure you have a great one! That is Julie! My first visit after Dr. Bahri left was a last minute “emergency” visit. As I drove there, I was dreading having to see a new dentist. I WASN’T kidding when I said I used to fly back to Florida to see my old dentist rather than go to a new dentist in CA. I ended up seeing Dr. Desai and he is very nice. Since then I’ve seen Dr. Amin several times and he is awesome. I love that Ani is super friendly and always greets you with a smile. She has gone above and beyond on several occasions to help me resolve screw-ups made by my insurance company. If you are like me, a bit of a baby when it comes to going to the dentist, I highly recommend DNTL Studio. You won’t regret it.

If DNTL Studio in Upland isn’t the best dental office in the area I’d be surprised! The entire staff is amazing and each visit is better than the previous. Dr Amin has been looking after my teeth since he took over the practice and does an amazing job. He is caring, thorough, and takes all the time necessary to explain what he is doing. I’ve been seeing Julie, the dental Hygienest for 15+ years and she is THE BEST EVER. Every member of the office makes you feel like you are their favorite patient! Can’t recommend DNTL highly enough! 5 stars!

DNTL was able to schedule an appointment for for me the next day after I broke my molded which was an emergency for me eventhough I was not a client. Dr Amin. was able to complete dental procedures during my visit and he was really gental and explained complete procedure from being to completion. All of DNTL Team were very professional and nice during my experience. I have found my new dental studio and will refer anyone I hear needs a good dentist as I am 100% satisfied!

I've been going to DNTL Studio for about 10 years now. There was a change in ownership as the original dentist I started with retired, but the staff and Dr. Desai are amazing. I've never had to wait for a cleaning, both Mona and Julie (hygienist) are detail oriented but gentle, sweet, and quick. And I've never been recommended unnecessary procedures here. (Not the case with my previous dentist). Going to DNTL Studio is always a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them!
