Distinctive Smiles....I had four front lower teeth extracted. The numbing shots hurt like heck...Dr. Cho, is great, and the most gentle Dentist I have ever been to. How ever, the shots really hurt me, being right in the front behind the lower lip. So I guess I wasn't breathing, Dr. Cho says "Breathe", easier said than done. I have to give a shout out of gratitude and praise to her male dental technician, Juan.....He has a super caring way and touch about him, and it helped me relax, to breathe, and release the white knuckle grip I had on the dental chair.
I had difficult dental work to be done. Can't imagine a gentler, Dental team to be had while remaining very Professional.

I’m so grateful I found Distinctive Smiles. My first visit was for a dental emergency. I was petrified of going to the dentist but Cynthia and Dr Chau really helped me to get over that fear. Cynthia put me right at ease with her understanding and compassion. She explained every step of the process. I cannot thank her enough. Dr Chau is a fantastic dentist. She takes her time to explain procedures, the treatment plan, and what the goals are. Everyone at Distinctive Smiles is very friendly. You really feel like family from the moment you walk in the door.

I’ve been going to Sandra at the Eastern/Hacienda location for about 15 years. She is always very thorough with my cleanings and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. I feel very comfortable with Sandra and hope to continue seeing her for many years to come. At my most recent visit, I also saw Dr. Chau for the first time. I liked her immediately and hope to see her again in future visits. For anyone looking for a new hygienist or dentist, I strongly recommend Sandra and Dr. Chau at Distinctive Smiles.

The hygienist Sandra, really took care of me and took the time to explain to me about the proper care for gums, and teeth. I have extremely sensitive gums and teeth, and everyone accommodated me so well, to ease all my pain.

I usually dislike the dentist, but ever since I started coming to distinctive smiles it's a very great experience every single time. from the doctors, who make me feel confident about my treatments to the front desk who I would love to give a special shout out to yvonne! every time I check in she's there with a smile on her face and even if she's not working front desk she finds me and greets me just to say hello since we have built a relationship. I will continue to come back and recommend this place.
