Spangler, DDS, PA. We pride ourselves on delivering a gentle and positive dentist office experience to all our patients. 
In many cases, the first couple of visits to a dentist for children is more about providing support and education to the parents about the oral health of the child. You’ll love our easygoing and friendly manner around you and your children. 
We are committed to providing gentle dental care in a positive environment and making sure each of our patients is comfortable. You’ll receive our undivided attention during each dental appointment, and we will work with you to achieve your oral healthcare goals. 
Most of the time, a toothache is caused by a cavity, but with technological advancements, we can make that diagnosis accurately so that the right treatment is recommended. We will also look at other potential factors for your toothache, such as temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), which can be brought on by stress, infection, gum disease, an abnormal bite or tooth trauma. 
Many people find the benefits of tooth whitening to be worth the time and cost, but it isn’t for everyone. If you have dental work that should not be subjected to tooth whitening, for example, we’ll be sure to let you know. We’ll also be able to give you complete information about what to expect. Some situations can take multiple visits and knowing this upfront is important.

Dr. Spangler and his entire team offer the very highest level of dental care. Professional, extremely competent, helpful and friendly. from the folks at the front desk, to the hygienists, and to Dr. Spangler himself. The billing department, through Angela, is especially helpful, and effective, in assisting with insurance claims. Count me as a long term and satisfied patient! --------- AND a 2021 follow-up based on Dr. Spangler and crew successfully coordinating a three-tooth dental implant process during this past year.
A long-term bridge failed, on my upper right jaw, which required a lengthy and fairly complicated process to remedy that gap. Dr. Spangler made a good referral to the oral surgeon and then oversaw the fabrication of all of the necessary interim bridges (kudos to Karen, especially!) and final crowns, overseeing the process until completion. At every step he and his staff made sure that I was comfortable, and at the end of the process, he made every necessary adjustment to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the result. Once again, 5 stars to Dr. Spangler, Karen, Brenda and Angela!

It had been more than five years since my last dentist trip before finding Dr. Spangler's office. He and his staff have been extremely friendly, courteous, and respectful. My visits have been very pleasant (even with fillings to fix two chipped teeth!) and they have definitely earned a new customer. Thanks!
