We strive to have a convenient schedule with varied hours in order to accommodate our patients. Appointments are made in order to reserve your special time with the dentist. If you need to change your reservation, we will be happy to find a more convenient time for you. This requires at least 1 business day's notice. Dental insurance, unlike medical insurance, is intended to cover some, but not all, of the costs of dental care.
We will attempt to determine, to the best of our knowledge, the allowable benefits of your policy. When insurance companies require a predetermination of benefits before treatment is started, we will submit to the insurance company a treatment plan with charges so that you will be completely informed of your coverage. We emphasize that as dental care providers, our relationship is with you, not your insurance company.
While the filing of insurance claims is a courtesy we extend to our patients, all charges are your responsibility. We do not participate in any HMOs.
