Kids have consistently had positive experiences at this dental office. The kids enjoy play in waiting room and they have been comfortable going back for cleaning and checkups. In addition, the staff has always been very kind to kids and parents. We were visiting Duluth from out of town when my child had an accident and broke his two front teeth, which of course had to be his permanent teeth.
You can imagine how worried we were being out of town and this happening to us. I called a few offices and we were able to be seen at Great Lakes Children's Dental Care. I was very pleased with how they worked with my son and repaired his teeth. We couldn't even tell they were broken. They were extremely patient with my son. They also explained everything that needed to be done and why.
My son didn't even realize he received and injection since he was distracted by an overhead TV and was on laughing gas. The staff was warm, kind and gentle and made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. Can't express my gratitude enough for such a wonderful experience, I highly recommend them.
