My older son used to see Dr. Toby when he was with another practice and we loved him because our son is on the Autism Spectrum and is very uneasy with doctors. But Dr. Toby was wonderful and our son enjoyed seeing him, so we were very sad when he left. Here we are a few years later and we now have another son who is 4 years old. While seeing the dentist at the other practice, he was horribly mistreated and scared to death.
After listening to his screams of terror, I immediately began searching for Dr. Toby on the internet to see if he was still in the area. No way was I going to allow that dentist near my child again. My husband and I were so excited to see that Dr. Toby had opened his own practice and I called right away to get both of our boys transferred to his office!
The staff made it so easy to do and our first visit was so wonderful! My terrified little boy was instantly won over by Dr. Toby and his staff! By the end of the appointment, my sweet little boy was crying because he didn't want to leave!
