Dr. Rowley grew up near-by Walla Walla.
After graduating from Walla Walla High School, he earned his Bachelor's Degree at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
It was there he discovered his passion for dentistry.
He moved back to Washington and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.
He moved to the Tri-Cities in 2018 and has been practicing here ever since then.
Dr. Rowley is passionate about providing gentle care with the best quality work possible.
